Landless squatters will obtain land certificate-Minister

Chitwan, Aug 19: Minister for Land Reforms and Management, Bikram Pandey has pledged to distribute land ownership certificate to the landless Nepali people during his tenure.

Talking to journalists here on Friday, he said the problems of landless squatters will be addressed once the sub-judice case related to Landless Problem Resolve Committee is settled.

The Minister also shared that the Landless Problem Resolve Commission will be formed from the process of legal aid rather than from the political agenda.

On different note, he informed that the construction of road and embankment along the Narayani and Rapti Rivers for the control of soil erosion is being carried out on war footing level.

Minister Pandey is busy in different programes for the past three days in his home town, Chitwan, RSS
