Himalayan Art Association felicitates Adventurer of the Year 2017 Mira Rai

KATHMANDU, Feb 3: Himalayan Art Association today felicitated Mira Rai, Adventurer of the Year 2017 of the National Geographic for her achievements and outstanding efforts in breaking down barriers for women in Nepal through sports.

Senior Journalist and Chief Guest Rishi Dhamala handed over the felicitation letter to ultra runner Mira Rai during a felicitation program organized at the Reporters’ Club Nepal, Bhrikutimadap.

Mira Rai, who was voted people’s choice Adventurer of the Year expressed her gratefulness the all the people of Nepal for their support.

Journo Dhamala asked all the media and her efforts to recognize Nepal in the world to highly evaluate and promised Reporters’ Club Nepal would forever be supportive to Mira Rai in the future.
