RAJBIRAJ, March 10: Death toll in Saptari firing reached to five after seriously injured Inardev Yadav, 55 breathed his last during his treatment in BP Koirala Institute of Health and Science on Friday.

Birendra Mahato of Maleth -4 died while undergoing treatment at the same hospital earlier on Wednesday.

Sajan Mahato, 25 of Maleth-2, Pitambar Mandal, 50 of Maleth-4 and Saniyar Aheb Ananda Kumar Sah, 35 of Tangari of Prasbani-4 had died on the spot when police open fired on protesters when United Democratic Madhesi Front cadres tried to disrupt CPN-UML’s Mechi Mahakali Campaign in Maleth of Saptari.
