Agriculture Fair on Saturday and Sunday

BHAKTAPUR, March 31: The 2nd edition of the ‘Agriculture Fair and Exhibition 2073’ is being held in Bhaktapur district April 1 and 2 on the occasion of 60th National Cooperative Day.

The District Agriculture Cooperative Chairman Uttam Sapkota said the fair was being organized to inform the farmers of the agricultural produces, fertilizers, technology, diseases and soil testing technology.

Fair Coordinator, Anish Lageju, said more than 35,000 farmers, businessmen, and members of the public were expected to visit the event.

Lageju added that the organizers were estimating the cost of organizing the event to hit Rs 160,000. RSS
