Two go missing while swimming in Karnali River

KALIKOT, March 31: Two young boys swimming in the Karnali River at Lalighat Jite Bazar in Kalikot went missing today, police said.

The missing boys were identified as Mahendra Dhital of Bharta VDC-8 and Ratna Prasad Acharya of Ramnakot-2 in the district.

According to Karmabir Chaudhary of Police Post in the district, Dhital ventured into the water to save Acharya who was yelling out for help but both got disappeared.

Police have launched a search operation. RSS
