India will be honored if three-tier election is held in Nepal: Koshyari
KATHMANDU, April 8: Senior leader of Bharatiya Janta Party and coordinator of Eminent Persons Group Bhagat Singh Koshyari has said successful completion of all three level election in Nepal would be an honor to India as well.
“India will be happy if all three levels election is held in Nepal. The day the elections of local levels, province and center is successfully completed, the whole India will be honored too,” he said while addressing the 19th Anniversary celebration function at Rastriya Shava Griha on Saturday.
Stating that a new era has started from Himalaya to Kanyakumari, he said, “Nepal has started its journey on its own ground, which is a very good news- not only for us but for the entire world as well.”
He viewed that the election in Nepal as an important first step towards prosperity and success and highlighted the prospects of development in Nepal.
“There are immense possibilities of natural resources, tourism and hydro-electricity. These resources must be properly utilized for country’s development,” he said.
