Voting distrubed temporarily in Mugu

KATHMANDU, May 14: Voting was temporarily distrubed at Saraswoti Primary School polling station of Khatyang rural muniicipality-8 in Mugu district after a clash broke out as a person without voter’s identity forcefully tried to cast vote, according to police.

Police had to fire five rounds in the air to take the situation under control after a group of hooligans had started pelting stones at the polling station, according to police. Due the the tension, voting was disturbed for some times.
