Independent candidate Bista wins in Dalome in Mustang

MUSTANG, May 15: Independent candidate Lopsang Chompel Bista has won the election for the position of chairperson in Dalome rural municipality in Mustang district. He secured 755 votes to defeat Tenzing Tshring Gurung of Nepali Congress.
