UML wins chairman, vice-chairman in Phedikhola in Syangja

SYANGJA, May 15: CPN-UML has emerged victorious in both chairperson and vice chairperson of Phedikhola rural municipality of Syangja district. UML candidate Ghana Shyam Subedi got victorious in the position of chairman while, Devi Thapa won in the vice chairman post.
