Ruling parties agree to postpone election in Province 2

KATHMANDU, June 15: The ruling parties have agreed to postpone second round of election in province 2.

The leaders of ruling parties agreed to defer polls in province 2 during a meeting with Rasrtiya Janata Party Nepal leaders at the Prime Minister’s office in Singhadurba. The meeting is underway and discussions are being carried out to finalize the date for conducting election in province 2.

The election is in province 1, 5 and 7 will be held in the declared date June 28.
