RPP-D commits to safeguarding country’s nationality: Chair Rana

Rastriya Prajatantra Party (Democratic), orientation program, Elections to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies

SAGAR KARKI: KATHMANDU, Sept 20: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (Democratic) Chairman Pashupati Shamsher Rana said his party was committed to strengthening and safeguarding country’s nationality.

“Political stability and cooperation is a must at the backdrop of increasing foreign interference affecting social harmony, and putting national unity under threat,” he added while speaking at a program in the capital on Wednesday.

Giving his views about the party decision to join the government, he clarified that the decision was for ensuring sustainable peace and elections. The country would pursue development and prosperity after the conclusion of elections, the House of Representatives, and State Assemblies.

He also informed that his party would participate in next elections under an alliance with any political party resembling RPP-D’s ideology, and that the efforts towards that end were underway.
