Democratic alliance for stability and prosperity: RPP (Democratic) Chair Rana

KATHMANDU, Oct 31: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (Democratic) Chair Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana has said that the left alliance will not do any benefit to the country. He further argued that the democratic alliance was formed to check the challenges created by left alliance and establish a stable government.

Speaking during an interaction program organized by the Reporters’ Club Nepal on Tuesday, Rana said, “Our party had raised voice for the democratic alliance months before. Now that democratic alliance has formed- it will ensure stable government in the country.”

“The unity among leftist force will jeopardize the democracy and nationality. But the democratic alliance is for the stability and prosperity of the country,” he added.

“Therefore, we should make the democratic alliance victorious in the election. It will benefit all,” he further added.

Arguing that the ultimate aim of the communist parties is to impose one-party autocratic system, he said, “Even if the leftist parties claim that they have united not to impose one-party autocratic system, there is no any base to trust them.”

Stating that to vote the left alliance is to bring autocracy in the country he appealed all the voters to vote the democratic alliance to stop the country from such disaster.

He also said that the alliance among the communist parties was formed under China’s influence. “It doesn’t suit Nepal and Nepali culture,” he added.
