Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is on a state visit to India, visited the mausoleum of Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat and paid tributes to India’s father of the nation.

PM Oli laid a wreath at the Mahatma Gandhi mausoleum and also signed a visitors’ book kept there.

The Prime Minister wrote in the visitors’ book: “Humbled to be at the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, who was not only India’s immortal son but also torchbearer for the entire humanity.

He taught us the great values of love, truth and non-violence by being the noble epitome of those highest human virtues. ‘Be the change you wish to see in the world’, he not only said these words but lived by them. He proved to the world the power of moral strength and showed us the highest form of ethics and compassion. My heartfelt tributes to Bapu Ji.”
