Forests Minister vows employment for Nepalis at home



GULARIYA, May 6: Minister for Forests and Environment Shakti Bahadur Basnet has said that Nepalis should not leave home for abroad in search of job if the constitution was fully implemented.

At a program organized by Black Buck Conservation Area in Bardiya on Sunday, Minister Basnet said that a stable government has been formed to implement the constitution and employment opportunities would be created for Nepalis at home in some times.

He also expressed his commitment to unveil policy and program to ensure realization of changes to the people through the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

Minister Basnet also pledged best possible support from the side of ministry for the conservation of endangered black buck.

He also suggested the conservationists to work by making strategies and plan of actions and asked to give ownership to the people for conservation.

During the event, the locals demanded to construct a strong wall and ensure flood-free zone for the conservation bids through management of human settlement in the conserved area. RSS
