NOC MD Gopal Bahadur Khadka resigns

KATHMANDU, June 7: Managing Director of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) Gopal Bahadur Khadka, has resigned from his post on Thursday.

Khadka, organizing a press conference, tendered his resignation letter at the Council of Ministers through Minister for Commerce and Supplies Matrika Yadav.

Khadka has been facing corruption charges for his involvement in irregularities while purchasing land in various parts of the country—Bhairahawam, Chitwn, Sarlahi and Jhapa to build petroleum storage facilities.
