One killed as tipper knocks scooter in Bhaktapur
BHAKTAPUR, June 22: A scooter rider died when a tipper knocked his light vehicle in front of Madhyapurthimi Municipality Sanothimi Campus at around 5.30 this morning.
The tipper (Ba 2 Ka 3934) en route to Sanothimi from Pepsikola had knocked the scooter (Ba 66 Pa 8553) heading to the same direction.

Scooter rider, Chet Bahadur Thapa, 48, a permanent resident of Chelang, Sindhupalchowk and is currently living in Madhyapurthimi municipality-6, died on the spot.
The police have taken control the tipper with its driver Rajan Khadgi, 30, from Jagati. Police said that the investigation into the accident is underway.
