Agriculture ministry forms tenancy problem resolution unit

KATHMANDU, June 27: The Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives has constituted the Tenancy Problem Resolution Unit.

The unit has been set up with the objective of carrying out the works related to the allocation of land rent within the time designated by the government.

According to the Ministry Under-Secretary Kamal Prasad Timilsina, the Unit will facilitate in ending the dual ownership over land by allocating the land between the land-owner and the tenant.

The Ministry has forwarded work aimed at ending the dual ownership over land within the coming one year. RSS
