5 magnitude aftershock hits Dhadhing

KATHMANDU, June 28: An aftershock with 5.0 on the Richter was felt this morning.

The quake struck at 9:52 am and the epicenter of the quake was in Dhading district, according to the National Seismological Center.

The aftershock also shook various districts –Dhading, Gorkha, Nuwakot and Chitwan as well as Kathmandu Valley.

Around 500 hundreds aftershocks have been recorded so far since the April 25, 2015, mega earthquake.
