NA passes two bills

KATHMANDU, July 2: The meeting of the National Assembly has unanimously passed two bills on Monday.

The two bills passed by NA are–‘Bill related to remuneration, terms of condition and facilities of Secretary General of the Federal Parliament, Secretary of House of Representatives and Secretary of National Assembly-2075 BS, and Bill related to ‘Election of National Assembly Member-2075 BS’.

On the occasion, Minister for Home Affairs, Ram Bahadur Thapa, tabled the proposal for clause-wise discussion on the Bill related to Election of National Assembly Member-2075.

Similarly, Minister for law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sher Bahadur Tamang, presented the proposal for clause-wise discussion on ‘Bill related to remuneration, terms of condition and facilities of Secretary General of the Federal Parliament, Secretary of House of Representatives and Secretary of National Assembly-2075 BS’.

The next NA meeting has been scheduled at 11:00 am on July 4.
