Former lawmaker Kamal Prasad Pangeni passes away

KATHMANDU, August 5: Former lawmaker leader Kamal Prasad Pangeni passed away due to heart attack on Sunday morning at the age of 56.

The current President of the Nepali Congress Syangja, Pangeni breathed his last at his own home in Bayarghari of Syangja. He was rushed to the Kalika Community Hospital after he was found unconscious in the bed.

Pangeni was elected as the Nepali Congress member of the Constituent Assembly from Syangja-2 in the election held in 2070 BS.
