PM Oli positive on solving Madhes problems
Kathmandu, Dec 25 : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said he was positive to solve the problems facing the Madhes.
During a meeting held with Rastriya Janata Party Nepal leaders at his residence Baluwatar on Tuesday, he said as people have given the mandate of nation building to Communist Party of Nepal, Nepali Congress, RJP and Federal Socialist Forum with the recognition of national political parties, they need to accomplish their responsibilities.
“People have given us mandate of country’s development. So, we must focus on it, brushing aside minor issues. I’m positive towards the social development of Madhes, prosperity and solutions of all problems,” he said in the meeting.
The Prime Minister reminded that the agenda raised by some political parties during the constitution writing and election of three tiers of government were obsolete now. “Let’s think in a new way,” he urged the attending leaders.
The information to this was shared by Prime Minister’s press coordinator Chetan Adhikari.
According to him, PM expressed commitment to address the genuine demands of the RJP.
RJP leaders Mahanta Thakur, Rajendra Mahato, Mahendra Raya Yadav, Sharat Singh Bhandari, Anil Jha and Raj Kishor Yadav were present on the occasion. RSS
