Prime Minister congratulates Nepali cricket team

KATHMANDU, Jan 29: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has congratulated the Nepali national cricket team for winning one-day international series.

PM Oli, in the congratulatory message on twitter this morning, said that the achievement made by Nepali Team has shown that Nepal has been rising as the emerging power in world sport sector.

He also expressed commitment that the government would pay further attention in development of sport sector.

“Congratulations to the Nepali National Cricket Team for becoming victorious in One-Day International Cricket Series. The success achieved in the international cricket has shown Nepal as the emerging power in the world sport arena. I assure that the government will pay further attention in development of sport sector.”

Nepal created history on Monday by winning its maiden ODI cricket series 2-1 against the United Arab Emirates. RSS
