Helicopter carrying Tourism Minister Rabindra Adhikari crashes in Taplejung

KATHMANDU, Feb 27: An Air Dynasty helicopter carrying Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Rabindra Adhikari has crashed near Daredhunga in Taplejung district, confirmed Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs Prem Kumar Rai.

Minister Adhikari among six others including Yeti Airlines Chair Ang Tsiring Sherpa and under secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office Yubaraj Dahal were en route to Chuhandanda of Terathum from Pathibhara of Taplejung, to take stock of Chuhandanda airport.
