PM Oli and Dahal consult Prez Bhandari, CoM reorganization to take shape

KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli and Nepal Communist Party Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has held consultation with President Bidya Devi Bhandari about the reorganization of the Council of Ministers (CoM), which is likely to take shape today.

Oli and Dahal reached the Office of President, Sital Niwas today morning and discussed the reorganization of the council of ministers.

The two leaders had also held one-to-one meeting before meeting the president.

Earlier on Tuesday, Oli had summoned all the ministers and informed them about his plan to make changes in the cabinet.

According to sources, Oli is planning to axe Federal Affairs and General Administration Minister Lal Babu Pandit, Women and Social Welfare Minister Thamamaya Thapa Magar, Industry and Commerce Minister Matrika Prasad Yadav, Agriculture Minister Chakrapani Khanal, Labour, Employment and Social Security Minister Gokarna Bista and Minister for Youth and Sports Jagat Bishwakarma.
