PM Oli on ventilator: Leaders barred from meeting him
KATHMANDU, NOV 26: Prime Minister K.P.Sharma Oli has been kept on an elective ventilator this evening. Due to the sensitivity of his health, it is a precaution and his situation is said to be stable.
PM Oli who is admitted to the Man Mohan Cardiothoracic, Vascular and Transplant Center today had undergone an operation for appendicitis.
It was declared a successful operation but in the information received from internal sources in the evening the PM’s health remained critical but stable and was put on a ventilator for aided respiration.
According to the internal sources, it is being said that there were 1/2 liters of pus formation which was removed during the operation.
Various leaders are there to visit the PM in the hospital but the management has denied visitation due to the nature of his health.
Last Monday PM Oli had undergone dialysis in the Grande International Hospital. He has been suffering from acute renal problems for the past several years. He had also undergone a renal transplant.
