Narayangadh-Muglin road section to remain closed for four hrs everyday

BHARATPUR, Dec 13: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section will remain closed from 11 am to 3 pm every day until Dec 27 due to the ongoing landslide prevention works, according to project information officer Shiba Khanal.

“Although the construction work has completed, the works of landslide prevention is yet to complete. Therefore, we are closing the road for four hours every day to carry out the task,” said Khanal.

“About eight places in the road section needs landslide prevention,” he added.

However, the movement of emergency vehicles such as ambulance will not be stopped from plying on the road.

The government is carrying out the landslide prevention project at the cost of Rs 120 million.
