Former secretary’s wife found in “critical” condition; helper dead

KATHMANDU, Feb 10: Former Secretary Arjun Karki’s spouse was found unconscious at her own residence in Sanepa today afternoon while their helper Bisesh Chaudhary was found dead, according to the Lalitpur Metropolitan Police.

Karki’s wife Muna has sustained serious injuries on her head and is in critical condition, according to the police.

The police have suspected Muna was assaulted with a sharp weapon and helper Chaudhary probably killed himself.

Further investigation is underway.
