Lab reports of two COVID-19 suspects who died at Bir Hospital “negative”
KATHMANDU, March 30: The two coronavirus suspected patients who died at Bir Hospital on Monday have tested negative.
A 50-year-old male suffering from high fever and a 34-year-old female who had pneumonia had died at the hospital yesterday. The woman had returned from India only a few days ago.
Their swab samples were sent to the National Public Health Laboratory in Teku.
“Their lab reports provided by the national laboratory are negative,” said a doctor at the Bir Hospital.
