Two test positive in Birgunj as Nepal’s COVID-19 cases rise to 51
KATHMANDU, April 26: Two persons from Birgunj of Parsa district has tested positive on Sunday.
According to Health and Population Ministry, both the patients are 50 years old and are undergoing treatment in isolation at Narayani Hospital.
“Their swab samples were tested positive during a test at the National Public Health Laboratory in Teku,” the ministry stated in a press release.
“Their health condition is normal.”
With the new cases, Nepal’s coronavirus cases have climbed to 51. Of them, 12 have returned home after recovery.
