Nepal’s COVID-19 cases climb to 109
KATHMANDU, May 9: Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed seven more infections on Saturday.
According to a press release issued by the ministry, three females aged 18, 45 and 65 from Bhulke of Udayapur; a male aged 17 and two males aged 18 from Kapilvastu and a 62-year-old elderly from Chapakaiya of Parsa has tested positive for the virus, taking Nepal’s total cases to 109.
Their swab samples were tested at the National Public Health Laboratory in Teku and Koshi Hospital in Biratnagar.
