Vishal Group supports Health Ministry with 500 units PPEs, 200 units IR thermometers and N95 masks
KATHMANDU, May 28: In order to support the government’s response against the novel coronavirus, VISHAL GROUP, through its CSR unit, VG FOUNDATION, has handed over medical supplies to the Ministry of Health and Population on Thursday.
The Group handed over 500 units PPE kits, 200 units infrared thermometers, 8950 units N95 masks and other medical equipment to Health Minister Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal amid a function in Kathmandu. Health Secretary Yadav Prasad Koirala and other high-level officials of the ministry were also present in the program.
“We are incredibly proud of all the people who are committed to providing support to those dealing with this crisis and experiencing its impact,” stated Vishal Group Management, adding, “From medical professionals to general public, we hope this support will help provide some relief. Vishal Group recognizes the role of front-line health care providers and security personnel as they apply their expertise on this fast-moving issue and care for the well-being of our communities by risking their lives.”

As a part of its responsibility to society and nation, VGF has been involving in the distribution of food grains to the needy peoples, and sanitizers and surgical masks to various hospitals within Kathmandu Valley.
VISHAL GROUP has also appreciated the relentless effort being made by the Government of Nepal to break the spreading of the infection.
The Group has also requested the general public to follow the restrictions and lockdown being implemented by the government, as these are crucial and well-thought-out measures being taken for the safety of our citizens for the pandemic.
