Coronavirus patient dies in Pokhara

POKHARA, June 8: A coronavirus patient has died at the Western Regional Hospital on Monday.

The 60-year-old male from Waling municipality-3 of Syangja district was being treated at the isolation ward of the hospital, the Province Health Directorate Pokhara stated in a press release today.

He had been kept in pre-isolation ward at the hospital since June and was shifted to the isolation ward after he tested positive for novel coronavirus on Sunday, according to Directorate’s director Dr Binod Bindu Sharma.

He was also a patient of kidney, diabetes and other ailments. RSS
