Man dies after being struck by lightning

KATHMANDU, June 25 : A man died after being struck by lightning at Thuniha of Shivaraj municipality-11 in the district on Thursday. Local resident Satya Narayan Kurmi, 45, who sustained burn injuries to his chest and right part of the body, died on the way to a hospital in Chandrauta, said the police.

Kurmi was reportedly working in the farmland when the incident occurred. RSS
