Baidya-led Morcha reiterates to form all-party meet

KATHMANDU, Feb 19:  CPN-Maoist Chairman Mohan Baidya led 33 party alliance  has reverberated its long-held demand to dissolve the Constituent Assembly paving the way for the formation of an all-party conference.

Concluding that the continuation of the 33-alliance is necessary, the Baidya-led alliance has decided to hit the streets to ensure the identity-based federal republican statute.  Similarly, the meeting of the alliance also decided to launch a decisive campaign to ensure the proportional representation of the oppressed groups and communities in all the state organs, among other burning issues in a statement today.

The alliance has said they would also heap pressure on the government to resolve the scarcity of cooking gas, power-cut and the issue of price-hike in the essential goods.
