Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” smiles while arriving for a news conference at their party office in Kathmandu August 25, 2011. Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) on Thursday brought out a proposal to integrate 8,000 combatants within one and half month. The Maoist party also proposed six months extension of the tenure of the Constituent Assembly. According to the party, the new constitution would be promulgated within six months.
